Hesap ve Veri Silme

Valiz'de hesap isteğe bağlıdır: uygulamayı hiç giriş yapmadan kullanabilirsin, o zaman verilerin yalnızca cihazında durur ve silinecek bir hesap oluşmaz. Giriş yaptıysan hesabını ve eşitlenen verilerini aşağıdaki yolla sildirebilirsin.

Uygulama içinden (hemen)

Valiz'i aç ve Profil (gezi listesinin sağ üstü) → Hesap → Hesabı sil'e dokun.
Onay kelimesini yaz ve onayla. Hesabın, sunucudaki bütün verilerin ve anı fotoğrafların anında ve kalıcı olarak silinir. İstersen cihazdaki kopyayı da aynı adımda silebilirsin.

E-posta ile (uygulamaya erişemiyorsan)

info@eaxstudio.com adresine, hesabında kullandığın e-posta adresinden bir e-posta gönder.
Konuya “Valiz — hesap silme” yaz.
Talebi aldığımızı 3 iş günü içinde yanıtlarız; hesap ve eşitlenen veriler en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

Silinen veriler

Hesap kaydın (e-posta adresi, ad, hesap kimliği)
Hesabınla eşitlenmiş geziler (bütçeleriyle), harcamalar, yol arkadaşları, plan maddeleri, notlar, valiz listeleri
Sunucuya yüklenmiş anı fotoğrafları ve açıklamaları
Analitik tarafında hesabınla ilişkilendirilmiş ad, e-posta ve hesap kimliği

Silinmeyen ya da bir süre saklanan veriler

Cihazındaki veriler. Hesap silme sunucudaki kopyayı siler; telefonundaki kopya uygulamayı kaldırana ya da uygulama içinden sildiğin ana kadar sende kalır.
Kimliğe bağlı olmayan kullanım istatistikleri. Hangi ekranın kaç kez açıldığı gibi toplu sayımlar kiminle ilişkilendirilemez; bunlar silinmez.
Satın alma kayıtları. Valiz Pro aboneliğinin faturalandırma kaydı Google Play'de tutulur ve bizim silebileceğimiz bir veri değildir; aboneliği Play Store → Abonelikler'den yönetebilirsin.
Yasal olarak saklamakla yükümlü olduğumuz kayıtlar, yalnızca ilgili sürenin sonuna kadar.

Hesabı silmeden veri paylaşımını kapatma

Uygulamada Profil → Gizlilik altında üç anahtar vardır: kullanım verisi paylaşımını kapattığında analitik toplanmaz; yaklaşık konum paylaşımını kapattığında kaydedilmiş konum silinir; hesap bilgisi paylaşımını kapattığında daha önce gönderilmiş ad/e-posta sunucudan silinir.

Account & Data Deletion

Valiz · EAX Studio

An account in Valiz is optional: you can use the app without ever signing in, in which case your data stays on your device and no account exists to delete. If you did sign in, you can have your account and synced data deleted as follows.

In the app (immediate)

Open Valiz and tap Profile (top right of the trip list) → Account → Delete account.
Type the confirmation word and confirm. Your account, all server-side data and your memory photos are deleted immediately and permanently. You can also delete the copy on your device in the same step.

By email (if you cannot access the app)

Email info@eaxstudio.com from the address used for your account.
Use the subject “Valiz — account deletion”.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days; the account and synced data are deleted within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

Your account record (email address, name, account identifier)
Trips (with their budgets), expenses, companions, plan items, notes and packing lists synced to your account
Memory photos and their captions uploaded to the server
The name, email and account identifier associated with you on the analytics side

What is kept

Data on your device. Deletion removes the server copy; the copy on your phone remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall.
Non-identifying usage counts (e.g. how often a screen was opened) cannot be linked to anyone and are not deleted.
Purchase records. Billing records for a Valiz Pro subscription are held by Google Play and are not ours to delete; manage the subscription in Play Store → Subscriptions.
Records we are legally required to retain, only for as long as required.

Turning off sharing without deleting the account

The app has three switches under Profile → Privacy: turning off usage sharing stops analytics collection, turning off approximate-location sharing deletes the stored location, and turning off account-info sharing deletes the name/email previously sent from the server.
